JohnsonDiversey Global New Product Launch

JohnsonDiversey, a leading producer of cleaning and hygiene products, were looking to launch and build their proprietary food safety technology into a global brand.

Drumfish designed and led a five-step plan including customer proposition, positioning and benefits, brand identity and copy style, streamlining internal sales training, and development of measurement criteria.

We delivered a comprehensive internal and external communication plan. A master brief was produced in order for creative development of all communication materials to be easily rolled out globally.

A range of communication tools were introduced to cover the diversity of global requirements and a pilot to the internal sales team was successfully implemented.
