Sun Microsystems Global Partner Satisfaction Initiative

Sun Microsystems created an initiative to focus on reducing time to revenue through Partners.

We consolidated the survey results in order to drive consistent reporting across 23 countries worldwide, then analysed the data to determine trends and patterns across functions for each country, together with key influencers and factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction.

We delivered a master slide deck that provided comprehensive results and enabled analysis and planning at global, regional and country level.

The Sun channel team have been able to work with each business unit within the 23 countries to create marketing plans focused on high return as well as high priority activities and initiatives.
