Cisco Partner initiative achieved successful up take
Cisco wanted to roll-out a new initiative to their UK channel partners in such a way that would ensure all parties understood what was required of them, would motivate them to sign up, and would drive behaviour change in contract renewals.
After a successful pilot, the initiative was launched to 700 partners. Drumfish designed and managed the entire communications process, including definition of value propositions and messaging for internal and external audiences, development of scripts and recruitment of the selected target partners, and creation of deliverables for the full launch, including e-mailers, briefing packs, presentations and intranet pages.
We achieved extensive coverage internally and maximised reach externally – leading to a greater focus and adoption beyond expectations.
